When making your plans, please be aware that summers are our busiest season, so book well in advance of your stay. You may be surprised to learn that our most spectacular weather is often in late fall, winter, and spring.
Rates * Effective March 1, 2008 * Rates include all linens and complimentary breakfast fixings.
- $275/night for two; 2 night minimum on weekends (3 night minimum on holidays)
- No charge for children 12 and under (cottage layout not suited for toddlers; infants ok.)
- $40/night per additional guest 13 and older
- Well-behaved kids and quiet, trained dogs are welcome:
$40 pet fee.
Weekly and Midweek Rates *
- $1,400 per week for two (7 nights)
- $225/night - midweek (Monday - Thursday)
* Plus required !0% County Hotel Tax and $60.00 cleaning fee.
Specials
- Call after 12:00 noon on Thursdays to see if we've had a cancellation. If so, the cottage will be available at midweek rates.
- K - 12 teachers (public or private) - $215/night anytime rate
Ravensview Cottage is a smoke-free environment.
Payment
We welcome your calls and emails and will respond to them promptly. A 50% deposit check is required to hold your reservation. Balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations
We know there are unplanned emergencies that alter plans.
If you cancel 14 days or more prior to the booking date, your
entire payment will be refunded. If you cancel less than
14 days in advance of your stay, you may apply your deposit to a future booking.
